From December 1 - 5, representatives of the Latvian animation industry participated in the film industry event "Ties That Bind" in Singapore, which was organized to promote European animation and strengthen cooperation between European and Asian animation filmmakers. An important aspect of this visit was the success story of the Latvian film "Flow".
